Sushi and Omakase | Private/Personal Chef

Since beginning my culinary journey in 1982, I have worked across South Africa and Europe, developing a deep understanding of professional kitchens, international hospitality and exceptional dining experiences.

I am now offering private chef, personal chef, sushi chef and culinary consultation services across Bulgaria and Europe.

I offer private dining experiences in two ways: bespoke set menu dining and exclusive private sushi experiences. Both services can also be combined and tailored for your event or gathering.

Set Menu options HERE. With this option you, the client, and I discuss your menu options and make a final agreement. You buy all the required products. When I arrive I prepare, cook, serve and leave. I can also do the purchasing as an additional option.

Sushi Menu options HERE. Planning a special event or celebration? Have a look at our options and you make a Booking on our website to reserve your date. For this option you have to book the minimal 2 days in advance. 

I specialize in intimate dining experiences for private homes, chalets, villas, ski apartments, exclusive destinations and special events.  

I am also available to travel outside my primary service areas. This is at an additional cost. Terms and conditions apply. Long-term private chef bookings are also available. Read more at “My Services“
